SECASE is an exciting project funded by the European Union’s Leonardo da Vinci programme. Its aim is to help improve the effectiveness of computer science and software development education at third level, by giving teaching staff access to up-to-date and business-relevant case study material provided by the software industry.
The project will enable colleges in Cyprus, Ireland and Northern Ireland to develop new learning materials based on real business and industrial applications, in a multi-media format for use in higher and further education courses for software engineering / software development. The target group for the project will be students training for a career in software development at level 4 and degree level.
